Complete kit for the USB Port Protector

This kit includes the PCB and all parts for the USB Port Protector, plus a length of heatshrink tubing to protect it.

The SK153 diode used is obsolete; an SS1045 is supplied instead, which is more than adequate for clamping negative voltages.
