5mm high efficiency diffused red LED
A 5mm red LED with high efficiency and good diffusion. Lights up to a reasonable brightness with just 1mA, with a forward voltage of around 1.8V. Leads are slightly shorter than usual at 16mm for the anode and 15mm for the cathode.
Our supplier claims 900-1200mCd @ 20mA, 250° viewing angle, 1.8-2.3V forward voltage and 620-640nm colour.
