Pair of CSD18534KCS logic-level Mosfets Pack of two CSD18534KCS N-channel logic level Mosfets. These replace the IPP230N06L3 which are now obsolete. They are suitable replacements for the STP30NE06L and RFP30N06LE Mosfets specified in a number of our projects. The main difference is that these ones have much faster switching. They can be used with the Ultrasonic Anti-Fouling and Barking Dog Blaster units. The critical parameters are: Breakdown voltage: 60V Maximum DC current: 73A Peak current: 164A Power dissipation: 107W Maximum on-resistance: 7.6mΩ @ 10V, 10.2mΩ @ 4.5V Maximum gate voltage: ±20V Input capacitance: 1500pF Gate charge: 9.3nC Turn-on delay/rise time: 4.2ns/4.8ns Turn-off delay/fall time: 10.4ns/2.4ns These are also suitable for use in the 40V 5A Hybrid Switchmode/Linear Bench supply project.
