DSP Active Crossover/DDS/Reflow Oven PCB patterns (PDF download) [01106191-6]
PDF with the PCB designs for the six boards used in the DSP Active Crossover project (all double-sided).
These same boards (except for the one coded 01106191) were also used in the February 2020 Low-distortion DDS Signal Generator project.
Similarly, the subset of boards coded 01106193, 01106195 and 01106196 were used in the DIY Reflow Oven Controller project from the April 2020 issue.
The boards coded 01106193 & 01106196 were used again in the Intelligent Hybrid Power Supply (February & March 2022).
Both layers of all boards are in a single PDF, one PCB per page.

LCD panel bezel for the Dual Intelligent Hybrid Power Supply
A bezel for the Intelligent Dual Hybrid PSU LCD, laser cut from 3mm-thick clear acrylic.
As per the article, you will need to mask the centre and paint the outer areas to get a good appearance; the edges of the area to mask are laser etched and the mounting holes are pre-cut.
NOTE: The overall dimensions of the bezel have been made slightly larger than the dimensions in the article. New dimensions are 97x74mm.

Hard-to-get parts for the Intelligent Dual Hybrid Power Supply regulator board
A partial set of parts to build one regulator board for this project. See the parts list link below for details on what is included.
The PCB is not included but we can supply it separately or as part of a PCB set. The rest of the parts needed to build the regulator module are readily available.
The LM2575 regulator is not included in this kit; as only one is needed per device, it is included in the CPU board parts set (or get it from Altronics).
Two of these parts sets are needed to build the dual version of the supply.
Note: Image shows assembled regulator board.

The rest of the parts needed to build the CPU module are readily available.
