2 x HN3A51F + 1 x IMX8-7-F + 2 x BC846C transistors for the Ultra-LD Mk.4 Power Amplifier module
A pack of three dual transistors and two standard transistors:
2 x HN3A51F dual PNP transistors, 120V, 100mA in an SM6 package
1 x IMX8-7-F dual NPN transistor, 120V, 50mA in a SOT-26 package
2 x BC846C high-gain NPN transistors, 80V, 100mA in an SOT-23 package
These transistors are required to build one Ultra-LD Mk.4 module. They have been discontinued and are now hard to get.

Ultra-LD Mk.4 Amplifier prototype PCB [01107151 RevB]
Prototype PCB for the Ultra-LD Mk.4 200W Power Amplifier.
This board has been discounted although it's almost identical to the final PCB. You MUST cut the track completely from D6 which runs to the far end of the adjacent 100kΩ resistor. Once the components have been fitted, add a tiny length of wire to join the disconnected pad of D6 to the nearest pad of the adjacent 100kΩ resistor.
Double-sided PCB with plated through holes, solder mask and silkscreen overlay.
135 x 93mm.
